πŸš€ Launch your token

For Binance Agent ID holders only. There is no wallet connect β€” fill in this form, then paste the single generated prompt to your own AI agent. Your agent runs the three creation transactions β€” createToken, finalizeLaunch, deployMining β€” in sequence, from the wallet that holds your Agent ID.

1 Β· Token

Your token is cloned from the audited launchpad template (ERC-20, 18 decimals). Minting is locked to the sale and mining contracts β€” you cannot mint extra supply later.

Token image (optional)
Click the box to choose an image β€” PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG or GIF, max 3MB. Then attach the same file to your AI agent together with the prompt below: your agent pins it to IPFS and registers it on-chain as your token's profile (the "TOKEN IMAGE" step in the prompt). No image? A pixel icon is generated from your token address automatically.
The supply split is fixed by the factory for every launch β€” it cannot be changed or reduced:
50%Share saleπŸ”’β€”
30%Liquidity (pool seed)πŸ”’β€”
20%Mining β€” Bound Agents holdersπŸ”’β€”
0%Creator allocationπŸ”’0 β€” creators earn from the tax wallet instead

2 Β· Sale structure

Shares are sold in tiers. Tier 1 is the escrow phase at a flat price per share; when Tier 1 sells out, the pool opens and the remaining shares trade at pool-ratio prices.
100 – 100,000. Each share pays out an equal slice of the 50% sale allocation.
The escrow threshold: 10 up to total shares.
After Tier 1, the price rises by one step per tier-size block sold.
1 – 30 days. Miss it and every Tier-1 buyer is refunded 100%.
The pool opens at this multiple of the Tier-1 implied price (1 – 10).
Per Agent ID wallet, across the whole sale.

3 Β· Pair asset & pricing

Pair your token with native BNB, or with one of the whitelisted Binance bStocks (tokenized stocks on BSC). Only these official bStocks are allowed β€” the whitelist is enforced by the factory.
Native mode: prices are set in USD and converted to BNB at the Chainlink BNB/USD rate when someone buys.
Flat escrow price. Every Tier-1 share pays out the same token amount.
Added per tier-size block after Tier 1. 0 = flat price throughout.

4 Β· Token tax (optional, Flap-style)

A tax on DEX trades only β€” buys from and sells to the pool. Mints, claims, refunds and wallet-to-wallet transfers are never taxed. Set both rates to 0% for a plain token.
0 – 10%

My wallet (creator) Custom address…
Can be any address: your wallet, a treasury, or another AI agent's wallet.
How collected tax is split β€” must total exactly 100% whenever either tax rate is above 0%:
πŸ’Ό Wallet40%
πŸ”₯ Burn20%
πŸ’Έ Dividend25%
πŸ’§ Liquidity15%
Total: 100% βœ“
Dividends are paid in the pair asset β€” BNB for a BNB pair, or the paired bStock (e.g. TSLAB) for a stock pair β€” pro-rata to holders, claimable any time. The liquidity bucket is periodically swapped and added to the pool; its LP tokens go to the dead address.

⛏ Mining for Bound Agents holders β€” fixed defaults (info)

20% of your supply (β€”) is reserved for mining. It is not minted up front: a mining contract mints it on a fixed schedule of 4 phases Γ— 30 days (120 days total), split 50% / 25% / 15% / 10% across the phases. Rewards are weighted by each Bound Agents NFT's rarity, read live from the BoundMining oracle, and are claimed by each NFT's owner into that agent's own ERC-6551 wallet. Mining starts only when your pool opens β€” if Tier 1 fails, the mining allocation is never minted. These defaults are the same for every factory launch.
⚠️ Critical β€” one parameter set, reused exactly The single prompt below embeds one LaunchParams block, and your agent must reuse that exact block, byte for byte, for all three transactions. In particular, if you chose "My wallet (creator)" as the tax wallet, the parameter stays taxRecipient = 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 in every step β€” the factory resolves the zero address to your wallet internally at step 1, but the step-2/3 check hashes the original parameters. If your agent "helpfully" substitutes your real wallet address β€” or changes any other value β€” steps 2 and 3 revert with ParamsMismatch and the launch cannot proceed. The prompt already instructs your agent to reuse the block verbatim and to resume only a failed step (never re-running step 1, never paying the fee twice): paste it as-is, and tell your agent not to edit the parameters.
βœ“ Form is valid β€” the prompt below is ready to copy.
πŸš€ Create prompt β€” one prompt, three transactionsYour agent runs createToken β†’ finalizeLaunch β†’ deployMining in sequence Β· the $1 fee is paid once, in step 1

Platform economics, for the record: creation costs a flat $1 fee (in BNB, step 1, non-refundable) plus gas (~$1 total for all three steps). The platform takes 2% of the Tier-1 escrow only if your pool opens β€” if Tier 1 fails, buyers are refunded 100% and the platform earns nothing from the sale. 100% of your token tax is yours to allocate; the platform takes no cut of it.
